Towing Issues: Snohomish County, WA laws, snohomish county wa, tow truck driver

Question
So my car was impounded by Monroe PD due to me not allowing a search to be conducted on my car. Tell me if im wrong that the tow truck driver can not open up my locked car, put the key in the ignition, and back my car up into "towing position". especially since it was being taken to the PD impound yard so they could get a search warrant to go through it.
Thank you for any help you can give me as im fighting this point in court...

I really would have a hard time, saying if that was legal or not... I can see both sides of it, one is the help in towing it which also would keep your costs low... Then there is the issue which you most likely are using which is that the tow truck driver could of stole or planted something...

But this is one for lawyers to work on...
