Towing Issues: Major damage done, tow truck driver, legal recourse

We had our 3month old truck with 20k miles towed because the engine light came on and we didnt want to chance it.  We have tow coverage through chrysler.  The Tow truck driver drove right into the dealership service bay with our truck still on and did major damage to the roof of our truck.  They had to deflate the tires of the truck in order to get unstuck.  Chrysler is processing our claim... but I am concerned about the structural integrity of the truck and that our once brand new truck is far from that now... and we didnt do it??? Is there any legal recourse beside getting the truck fixed?  We dont even want it back now.

Well the towing company insurance should deal with this and hopefully they will...

BUT I am going to say that you either need to involve your vehicles insurance company in this and let them work for you... That or get a lawyer to keep up on this issue...

Yes it is still a pain in the ass to deal with when everyone does not want things to go the way you want...   Good luck...
