Towing Issues: towed from own property, neighbours, receipts

Hi, I have to use my neighbours road/driveway for about 30 feet to get to my parking spot behind my house, which was my former garden. Now he towed me from my own property. Does he have the right to do that? what legal rights do i have? thank you very much, michael

Wow, this question brings up a lot of issues.  You have no driveway on your property at all ??

Now if your property is defined and marked (remember surveys establish property lines) then you might have something there.

But in light of this question I really have to say that I would be talking to a lawyer about this issue..  I hope you have redeemed the vehicle (keep all the receipts) and all documents about the whole incident...   Personally I feel you have something here...
BUT that is just my thoughts...
