Towing Issues: car on my property, tow company, answering questions

I have been asking my neighbors to remove their car that  been on my property for about 6 months...i have asked about 6 times an they keep saying they call someone..i don't want to get the police involved but i think i now should.. what can and should i do??

Well depending on the city and state you live in (that is important to answering questions) you can have the vehicle removed.  

But sometimes you need to leave notices for specific times (again state laws) warning of towing..

Best answer here is to call the police and have them come out and see what you can legally do or even to talk to a tow company and see what they suggest. Remember that you want to follow the laws regarding removal from private property...  In some states you could be in big trouble ($$$ wise) if you do not follow the laws exactly.
