Towing Issues: Flat towing a 2001 Chevy Tracker, chevy tracker, rv dealer

Question
I have a 2001 Chevy Tracker (5 spd 2WD) and am selling it.  A guy that is looking at purchasing it asked me if it could be flat towed in neutral behind a motor home.  I didn't have an answer for him because I have no clue and have not been able to find any information out on any source I found on the Internet.  Do you know the answer to this?

While my area of expertise is not RV issues (other than towing them when they are broke down or wrecked), I have a link to Motor Home Magazine which covers towing vehicles behind RV's..  But it only goes to 2002 without ordering an older copy..

If you have a Camping World or large RV dealer they might be able to provide information for you...
