Towing Issues: sticker on my window, mobile home park, mobile home parks

Question
I live in a mobile home, I know there are rules about parking in the street, but my car is inside my coverage garage, my car is not in use and the plate is expires, since I don't use the car I don't want to register the car, I received a big red sticker on my windows advising me that my car will be towed away at my expenses because I don't registered the card, keep in mind that my cars in not in the street but in my garage. the sticker is very hard to remove and will cause damages on the window, I call them and said that they can do that and I should be thank full that they didn't remove my car.  is there anything I can do to stop this kind of behavior? and to get repair for my window? the sticker still there, I don't dare to remove it because of the damages that will cause.

Answer
anytime you live in a mobile home park, condo complex, apartment, or under a home owners association rules then you have to follow the rules and regulations they make.,,

Question about your " garage " is it the typical carport style for mobile home parks (open all the way around) or is it a full garage (has a door that can be shut)...
Remember no see it no problem applies a lot here...

Check with them and really see what they would suggest to keep this problem solved and your car not to be towed..

As to the sticker, I doubt there will be damages, unless you scrape it off and really scratch the window... Go to the hardware store and get some " GLUE OFF" or something like that to loosen up the glue and it will peel off and be good to go...
