If my vehicle is parked in my drive way with expired tags can it be towed?

well depending on the laws and ordinances in some cities, your vehicle must be licensed, registered and insured to be able to be parked on the street, in a driveway or yard..
Some places have laws where unlicensed vehicles have to be in a fully enclosed garage, or they can be towed for code violations.
