Towing Issues: Idiots keep blocking my driveway, fist fights, mute point

Hello, I live infront of an elementary school and these idiots with no common sense or respect for others-keep parking in front of my driveway, blocking me in.  I have been late to work several time or end up waiting up to 20min. at times.  It is really hard to get a tow truck as the traffic infront of my house is horrific. There once was a constable officer at the school and I told her I was blocked in, she asked me to just wait til they came out and asked them not to park there anymore.  I asked her if there was anyway she could issue a ticket or if she could have the car towed, but she refused.  Some of these people leave their cars parked in the middle of the street while they go into the school to pick up their kids, leaving a row of cars waiting behind them.  I have talked to the people at the school, but they regard me as crazy and tell me they have no control over this.  I have came close to getting in about 4-5 fist fights because of this.  What can I do?

Well  I have to say it sounds like a comedy movie script.

I know that people have no regard for others, and yes I have seen exactly what you experience..



But other than complaining to the city, I think that nothing will happen. You can not change the people and the best that the City can do is put up signs. But even if there was an constable there and you complained to them, I think its gonna be a mute point.

Sorry but since its a city street you can not have them towed, and if the city does not want to tow them or ticket them its just a fact of life as I see it for living close to a school..
