Towing Issues: Towing damage, tow truck services, pontiac vibe

Improper Towing caused rear differential damage on a 2003 Pontiac Vibe 4WD 4-1.8L-F1 4D WGN
Is this possible ???  It was towed from the front.

Is there any other kind of damage that could have been caused if this vehicle needed to be put on a flat bed and wasn't ???

I suggest suing the tow truck driver, tow company, tow truck manufacturer and the kid at the McDonald's drive through...

No, really.  

Anyhoo.  The pontiac vibe is not towable with all four wheels on the ground.  If it is an AWD (notice I didn't say 4WD, they're different) then, no you shouldn't tow it with the rear wheels on the ground.  

That said, I am not a lawyer, nor any type of legal aid.  Nor am I affiliated with any tow truck services of any kind.  I deal solely with recreational towing of trailers and cars behind motorhomes.  Had you read my profile before posing your question you would know this.
