Towing Issues: PPI called by renters not managers, towing companies, ppi

Question
When someone rents and apartment and a space is given to them, the renter cannot park because someone else parke there.
No one knows who it is, the manager will not answer their phone and the company posted willnot pick up the car.

The renter calls another towing to have the car removed " can this be done " or is it trespassing???

Generally the property owner or manager is the only one to call for vehicle removal.  If they do not answer the phones or what ever then its a big problem if the parking problems happen all the time.  

Towing companies seldom will respond to calls from tenants due to potental problems in doing this.. You can imagine the problems if tenants are fighting with each other.

Yes the vehicle is trespassing, but good luck getting it towed either as a Private Property Impound or with the police department calling for the tow.

Sorry but I would talk to the management more about this issue, and if they tell you that you can call for a tow, I would get that in writing to cover your behind.
