MY VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED FOR BLOCKING A DRIVEWAY AND DAMAGED DURING THE TOE. i HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN WITH THE TOW COMPANY AND GIVEN THEM THE OPPURTTUNITY TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. tHEY CAME OUT TO INSPECT MY VEHICLE FOR THE ALLEGED DAMAGES ADMITTED TO BEING AT FAULT AND STATED THE DAMAGES WOULD BE REPAIRED IMEADIATELY. tHEY TOWED MY CAR TO THE TOW YARD FOR THE REPAIRS AND THEN CALLED TO HAVE ME PICK UP MY VEHICLE WHEN IT WAS COMPLETED. WHEN I ARRIVED I HAD A PERSONAL FRIEND WHO SPECIALIZES IN VEHICLE SUSPENSION ACCOMPANY ME AND INSPECT THE CAR FOR THE SAID REPAIRS. I WAS SHOCKED TO FIND THAT THE CAR WAS NOT REPAIRED CORRECTLY AND WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE. IMEADIATELY AFTER I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO THREE DIFFERENT AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SPECIALEST TO HAVE AN ESTIMATE AND DAMAGE REPORT TO SHOW WHAT WAS AND WAS NOT REPAIRED.THE FOLLOWING DAY I CONTACTED THE TOW COMPANY TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM AND THEY FAILED TO COMPLY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Answer -
Well first of all, I would contact the towing company with estimates via certified mail.  If that does not work then your best bet is small claims court.

Sorry to hear that damages happened to your vehicle, but just like accidents happen it does from time to time.
I am not sure what was exactly damaged during the tow so its hard to say if they repaired it or not or even correctly.  They did try at least to start to solve the problem, but it might of been over their abilities to repair it.

Answer
aahhhh   well that is fairly common problem with operators who get in a hurry and just grab what they can

Flatbeds, or regular trucks all can have that happen when its hooked wrong. Sorry to say it but they did not use the proper hookup points and attachments for the vehicles from what I see in your description..

I would go the court route on it,  that is your best option.
