Towing Issues: f250 towing two trailers, car hauling trailer, 4x8 trailer

Question
Hi Richard and thanks for your time.  I have a 2003 F250 and own an 18' car hauling trailer properly equipt (lights reflectors breakaway brakes, dual axle electric brakes with seperate ability to brake the trailer without steppiing on the truck brake, safety chains etc) and a 4X8 trailer used for hauling a golf cart it has lights and safety chains and weights about 500lbs.  QUESTION can I two the 4X8 behind the 18' trailer in the states of Ohio Pa and Indiana? Where can I get the laws for each state the the statues spelling out the ok per state so I can print them out and carry the laws with me?   Thanks very much for your answer, god bless and have a great life!

Answer
Well I got to say that this is one where I have a problem with saying correct answer is to go ahead and tow both..

Each state has differant laws regarding this subject.

here is the link to my information source.

from what I see, Ohio and Indiana will allow the "DOUBLES" while Pennsylvania will not allow them.
