Towing Issues: Towing behind a motor home, jeep cherokee, four wheels

Question
How should we tow a 1996 Jeep Cherokee Pioneer with 4 wheel drive behind our motor home?  Can it be towed with all four wheels on the ground?

Answer
If you are towing it on a regular basis, I would say a tow bar is the way to go.  

Your Cherokee can indeed be towed four wheels down.  Just put the transfer case in neutral and the gearshift in park if it's a automatic or in a high gear for a stick shift.  

You may want to look into a supplementary braking system since the Cherokee weighs in at over 3,000 lbs.
