Toyota Repair: Toyota Pickup wheel bearings

Question
I have a 1987 Toyota Pickup (2WD) 4 spd. 2.7L 2bbl 22R. I am the original owner 415,700 miles.
Is front wheel bearing replacement a job that I can do myself or is special equipment needed? I know that the outside bearings are an easy replacement.... but what about the inside bearings? I have done minor work ie; water pump, timing chain, brakes etc but am not sure about this.

Answer
Hello, the front wheel bearings on this year pickup are sealed one piece, you can remove the steering knuckle yourself but then the old bearing has to be pressed out with a hydraulic press and the new bearing pressed back in, most auto repair shops with a press or a tire shop so equipped can also do this for you.
