Toyota Repair: Keep blowing a fuse

Hi my question is what would be there reason for blowing the main fuse that start the car? I replaced the fuse and put in a new battery and as soon as I connect the battery the fuse blow again could you please help me to figure out out

which engine does it have?
How many miles on it?
what is the name of the fuse? They are marked inside the fuse cover or a picture of the fuse box indicating which fuse is giving you the problem.
Was anything done recently, anything replaced in the electrical system or something added?
