Toyota Repair: 94 toyota t100

Question
I am having trouble with truck not starting. I have replaced the fuel pump and bracket but still it takes forever for it to start like its not getting fuel. When it starts it spits and sputters and I have to press fas to reave up engine when I take off it kinda acts like its dying then goes PLEASE help me understand this

Hello, did you replace the fuel filter? It's located under the truck on the passenger side frame rail.
Does the check engine light stay on while the engine is running?
Air filter checked? Intake hoses from the throttle body checked for leaks?
Did this happen gradually and get worse?
