Toyota Repair: Check engine light

My 1999 Toyota Corolla check engine light has been on for some month. What do you think is the problem?

hello, it is almost impossible to know what the problem may be without having some diagnostic codes from the computer, most of the time it's emission control related if the engine is running normally. I recommend going to an autoparts store like autozone, o reilly etc and have them get these codes for you, they do this at no charge in most locations, then reply here and let me know what they are and I can help.
