Toyota Repair: Jerking/missing at 80km/h

Hello, I have a toyota caldina 2.0zt 2005 that seems to be jerking or feels like it miss'es a beat a lot when driving up slight up hills ( under load) between 80 and 100 km/h, I've replaced the spark plugs and flushed the fuel system. Still no change. Can you pls advise?

I'm not too familiar with this model or what engine it has, some later models do not have a distributor, they have a coil for each cylinder and these sometimes cause problems, if it has a distributor try replacing the cap and the rotor and the wires. Have you noticed if the check engine light stays on while driving?
