Toyota Repair: Squealing fan

Question
Ted, I have a 2003 Toyota Sienna. Recently the fan has started squealing when I turn on AC or heat. It seems to do it at all fan speeds. Is there a belt or fan motor in cabin that needs to be changed? If so, is it an easy process for a novice? Thanks for your time.

Answer
There is no belt involved if the noise is coming from the inside, it sounds like the problem is the fan motor itself which is located directly below the glove box, looking from below you should see three small bolts and an electrical connector with two heavy wires, remove the motor and inspect it for any foreing material and replace it if necessary.
