Toyota Repair: hooked battery up backward on a 2003 corolla

battery got hooked up backward on my 2003 corolla...know asomething electrical blew...of course...can you tell me most likely culprit and where it is located...know is a fuse between battery and engine...any help would be appreciated...have mechanic but don't know where to find ths problem.

Yes there is a main fuse that most likely is blown, look for a large fuse in the box under the hood, it's marked 100A alternator, it's much bigger than the ret of the fuses and has a clear cover on it, this fuse is bolted in on the inside of the box the fuse box has to be removed and taken apart to get the fuse out.
