Toyota Repair: 2001 toyota corolla

I have a toyoa corolla with 1.8 vvt I have a consistent misfire on cylinder 4 and have checked everything I know to check( compression injector coil )slight misfire at idle in park but when put in gear gets pretty bad under load( really need help )have swappd injectors and coils bu t the misfire stays on cylinder 4 dont know what to check next (please help)

Hello, what were the compression readings? Have you checked for a vacuum leak? If not check intake vacuum at idle and let me know what you have or try spraying brake or intake cleaner around the manifold see if the rpms increase, some of the intake manifolds can develop cracks.
