Toyota Repair: Windshield Washer Not Working

Question
I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla with 77,700 miles on it. The windshield washer is not delivering fluid. The pump sounds like it's running when activated, and the wipers run over a dry windshield. The tank has been checked, and is full of washer fluid guaranteed to protect to minus 20F.  Temperatures around here have been floating between 20F and 40F recently, with no temps down to single digits. Testing the unit and checking the fluid level at temps near 32F show no obvious problems. The spray openings do not appear clogged nor obstructed.  What do you suggest?

Answer
Hell0o, there is a hole or break in the water supply hose between the tank and the connections under the hood, the hose runs along the inside of the fender well and exits under the air intake grille below the windshield on the right side of the car, I would suggest removing the fender inner panel to check the hose, it is common for rodents to chew through hoses
