Hello, sorry for the delayed reply, this problem is usually due to a sticking IAC valve (idle air control valve) it is located on the throttle body, in most cases the throttle body can be removed to get the valve off, then both the throttle body and the valve can be cleaned, in some cases if the valve is corroded or sticking severely it will have to be replaced/
