2004 land cruiser. check enging, vsc light,trac lights all on

Hello, the other lights are on because of the check engine light, so the check engine light should be diagnosed first, anytime the computer logs a diagnostic code the trac/vsc systems are disabled, this is by design. What I'd like to suggest is that you have the trouble codes retrieved from the computer, most auto parts stores like Autozone, O'Reilly, Pep Boys offer to do this at no charge in most states, after you have the diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) please contact me back and I can help a little more once I have that information.
