Toyota Repair: Error codes P0171p and P1130p, mass airflow sensor, phillips screws

Question
On my 1999 Toyota Camry 4Cyl with 150k miles just got an engine light. Used code reader got P0171p and P0171p codes. All seems well with car, runs great just concerns regarding engine light.

Answer
Hello, a common reason for this code is the mass airflow sensor (MAF), it's located in the large intake pipe coming from the air filter housing, it can be cleaned with good results, just remove the two Phillips screws and the electrical connector and spray the inside of the opening of the sensor using an electronic parts cleaner (available at he autoparts store) or a specific MAF cleaner, let it dry, disconnect the negative battery for about a minute and go drive it for about 15 minutes, hopefully the light will stay off.
