Yes i purchased a 2007 toyota tundra its has the 5.7 liter engine it has a motor knock at a idle n then when you accellerate it has a high pitch wine like a turbo and it also has a delay in the transmission when coming to a stop and taking back off again.

Sounds like you bought a truck with a few problems, knocking noises as well as other strange noises are not good news, the best advice I can give you is to have someone that knows Toyotas listen to these noises and check the transmission fluid, it sounds like the fluid may be low, this truck has no dipstick there is a procedure that has yo be followed to check the level, best have the dealer do this.
