Toyota Repair: 2000 Avalon Charcoal Cannister, charcoal cannister, tie rods

Question
Is it easy to replace?  I'm pretty handy and the estimate to replace was $750.  Seems kind of high for a fairly inexpensive part.  Do you have simple instructions to replace?

evap canister   The canister is located above the rear crossmember mounted to the body, it helps to remove the muffler and one of the tie rods, with that out of the way simply disconnect all hoses and electrical connectors and unbolt it. I'm attaching an illustration to give you an idea of what's involved.
