Toyota Repair: Toyota Sequoia SR5, toyota sequoia, programming instructions

Question
Just replaced ignition cylinder on 2001 SR5 now fuel pump not engaging, will not start.  Does anti theft have to be reset? If so how? Some one suggested new key needs to be re registered, ??

If you are using the new keys that came with the ignition cylinder then they need to be programmed to let the engine start, I can give you the programming instructions but only if you have the old master key, the master key is black, not grey, if you have this key let me know and I will send you the instructions tomorrow.
