Toyota Repair: 2001 Toyota Corolla S model, oxygen sensors, toyota corolla

Question
I have had this car for sevral years now here are the details:

1. Over 200,000 miles with a Manual Transmission (Clutch
  replaced 2 years ago)
2. Replaced 2 of the 4 coils
3. Replaced Spark Plugs with Bosch's (Iridium).
4. Replaced MAF sensor (Fixed initial problem)
5. Catalytic Converter may be shot
6. Suspect that the Oxygen sensors may need to be changed now.
7. The "downpipe" also has a hole in it.
8. During self tuned removed breather and cleaned out with approved cleaning product.
9. Last (Recently)event: Acid build up on battery terminals, couldn't start car one morning, Used baking soda/distilled water mixture to clean off terminals. Worked for a day then battery went dead. Replaced Battery car started up and has been running since.....BUT:

The most recent issue now is at speeds below 50 MPH car accelerates fine but sometimes I can feel hesitation. Howebver when I get to speeds over 50 (and the problem can be wildly inconsistent) the vehicle jerks like it's missing (MY scanner shows no error) but will continue moving. The RPM meter and speedometer actually do NOT indicate any loss of RPM or speed.

It's also especially apparent when accelerating up hills, I would guess that maybe it has something to do with the clutch but if that is slipping then wouldn't it be reflected on the ROM meter?

Any Help you can give would be appreciated.

Answer
I believe in fixing the obvious first, in this case:
Catalytic Converter may be shot
6. Suspect that the Oxygen sensors may need to be changed now.
7. The "downpipe" also has a hole in it.          The hole in the downpipe can affect the 02 sensor operation as well as cause the catalityc converter to overheat and eventually disintegrate.
