Toyota Repair: 2011 transmission, vehicle speed sensor, toyota corrolla

Question
Good day,
I have a 2011 toyota corrolla that i bought from the auction.Firstly,The radiator has a leak from the front impact and i was able to take it to the dealership for replacement and also the battery was dead and i changed at the dealership.since the repairs, the tachometer gauge and the speedometer gauge will first go to the extreme right when starting the ignition before going back to normal but the speedometer gauge will never rises or the mileage increases(samevalue).I havent driven it around since i bought it but just a test drive shows that the automatic gear will not changes to 4th gear on acelerating to 50MPH but every other gear from 1 -3 changes smoothly except for the 4th gear on D shift.Pls i need your advice

Answer
It may be a vehicle speed sensor malfunction but I can't say for sure without having some diagnostic code information, can you have the computer scanned for codes, if you are in the uS most major autoparts stores will do this at no charge, if not you need to get this information from a repair shop and then let me know the code numbers for diagnosis.
