Toyota Repair: 1993 ST Celica, low idle! Check engine light will appear., digit code number, jumper wire

Question
My 93 Celica ST will idle low after driving at a consistent speed and time. It gets so low on idle that it just dies. While driving, check engine light will come on too when I release the gas. Not sure if it needs fuel filter/pump or if it's a sensor. Thank you for reading and  look forward to an answer!

Answer
The first thing to do is to see why the check engine light turns on this will give me some idea where to look for the problem. There should be code number in the computer, you can do this yourself, locate the diagnostic check connector under the hood,it should be close to one of the fenders, open the cover and you will see a pin diagram, using a small jumper wire, even a paperclip will work, connect it between the terminals TE1 and E1, turn the key on, the engine light will start blinking a two digit code number. Carefully count the nuber of blinks, for example a number code 25 would be two blinks followed by five, then it will repeat the same code or add more if there are any more, let me know what these code numbers are.
