Toyota Repair: 1995 corolla 1.6, cap car, repair question

Jack, I am single dad with specisl needs son. I cannot contribute money but can fix your house.dealer could not fix. replaced starter,ignition module in dist, rotor and cap. car will not start. Nuthin-just spins. I will check fuses and spark and gas.any ideas?computer? where is it and can i replace it? Thank you, DAVID  Ps. Hello, if the engine seems to spin faster than usual the timing belt may have broken or jumped on the gears. Remove on e of the spark plug connectors and use a screwdriver to make contact with the metal connector inside, while someone cranks the engine hold the screwdriver metal part away from any metal surface about 1/4" the spark should jump to ground, do this and let me know if it does. If not remove the distributor cap and see if the rotor turns when cranking the engine>
