Toyota Repair: Replace power steering pump in 1998 Camry 6 cyl, power steering pumps, power steering pump

Model 1998 XLE 6 cyl. 123,000 miles.  I need a new power steering pump and my local mechanic said it would cost $332 which includes the part and 2 hours labor.Does this seem right to you?  Would there be a less expensive way to get it done--like rebuild the pump?Or is it better to get a new pump?  Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, the power steering pumps on the V-6 engines are usually never rebuilt in the shop due to it's complexity would actually cost more to do then replacing it, the above price seems very reasonable.
