Toyota Repair: URGENT!!!, vacuum leak, oxygen sensor

Question
QUESTION: Dear Ted
I went back to Auto Zone as you suggested regarding my RX 300 2002 Lexus and this is what the print out shows regarding my check engine light and VSC light:

The number is P1135.

Definition:
aa Air/Fuel sensor heater circuit malfunction
aa (bank 1 sensor 1)
Probable Cause:
aa1. open or short circuit condition
aa2. af sensor heater relay fault
aa3. failed AF ratio sensor

ANSWER: Thanks for the reply, the code is for the a/f ratio sensor on bank one which is near the firewall mounted in the exhaust manifold,it's a common problem and replacing the sensor usually takes care of this. The other lights will turn of when the engine trouble code is cleared.

QUESTION: Dear Ted
I bought an oxygen sensor, downstream.  Today I went to have it installed so the man put his own meeter on it before he would replace the o2 sensor.
He told me it is NOT the o2 sensor his meeter showed:
a) vacuum leak
b) a/f ratio sensor
c) massive air flow leak
I'm a single senior citizen and now I'm so confused I don't know who or what is right anymore.  Can you tell me the difference?  He did not have any print out to give me. PLEASE help me so I don't get taken! Thank You!

Answer
Bank one sensor one is not the downstream sensor, on a V-6 it's the sensor I mentioned earlier in the exhaust manifold near the firewall, this code is for the sensor heater crcuit and is a common problem, I have replaced many of these for this reason.
