Toyota Repair: Grinding noise, break pads, lety

Question
My car is a 4 cyl. Camry, 1998 and I recently had the clutch replaced and when I picked it up about an hour or two later I noticed the car when coming to a stop made a grinding noise coming from the front of the car. Now in my experience that noise usually means the break pads censors are reach and they let you know it's time for a change. Hears the thing though My breaks are good and the sound continues even after stopping. It almost sounds like bearings in a can too when I stop? But mostly grinding like metal on metal. The sound is amplified though when I enter my garage and for a second I thought my muffler was dragging that's the noise it made but coming from the front. Can you please decipher this question the best you can and try and give me an answer. Thanks

Answer
It makes a big difference if the noise is only there when the car is moving or if the noise is there with the engine running and the car not moving or both, please lety me know which it is and if when moving at approximately what speed or is it only while applying the brakes.
