Toyota Repair: 97 Camry ce wont crank, starter solenoid, jumper wire

Question
For a couple weeks I've been working my way through the efi circuit as it has been blowing the efi fuse. Recently there was a short behind the glove box and now the car won't crank. Everything else works, radio dome lights headlights ect. Before the short the car would crank just not start due to the 15a efi fuse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Answer
There may be a problem with the ignition switch, try using a jumper wire from the positive terminal of the battery directly to the starter solenoid small wire connector, make sure the key is off and in park or neutral, if it cranks over then the starter is ok and the problem is between the ignition switch and the starter, it could also be a bad starter relay located in the fuse box.
