Toyota Repair: 2007 Toyota Camry AC and sunroof, 2007 toyota camry, magnetic clutch

I have 2 questions:
1) My power sunroof will not work when I try to open it. The strange thing, it will go up, but will not open when you push the back button.  Wondering if maybe I have a loose wire, or could this be a fuse? (but why would it go up and not open)  Have any suggestions?

2) My air condition somedays blows cold air, and then the next day the air will not be cold.  Keeps working on and off...Do you think this is a fuse, or does it sound like freon?  Do you have any ideas?

Try disconnecting the battery with the sunroof closed, then push the tilt up button until it opens and drops down a little, then hold the button until it fully opens and then close it fully, this may reinitialize it.
It may be low on freon, you can get an inexpensive recharge kit from most autoparts stores just follow the instructions that come with it, if the a/c indicator light flashes try replacing the a/c magnetic clutch relay in the fuse panel under the hood, all the relays and fuses are marked inside the fuse cover.
