Toyota Repair: air bag and manifold leak, frequent problem, toyota dealer

Question
I just purchased 2000 tundra.  122k miles.  The seller stated that the seats had been removed for cleaning.  Would that cause the air bag light to stay on?  I tried disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes.  No luck.  Is Toyota dealer my only option?
Also i hear a ticking sound presumed to be a manifold leak.  I guess i'm reading enough that it seems that is a frequent problem.  How do i verify where the leak is coming from?

Thank a bunch.

Answer
Check under the seat for any wiring that may have been disconnected, if nothing can be found you should take it to the dealer they may have to recalibrate occupant classfiication sensors. The ticking noise may be caused by the manifolds, I think toyota had issued a service bulletin a while back to replace the manifolds with updated parts, have the dealer check for this.
