Toyota Repair: 2003 Toyota Tundra hesitation/slipping, 2003 toyota tundra, toyota tundra

Question
hello'
I have a 2003 Toyota Tundra TRD i have around 71k miles on it and the problem im having is that when i take off im fine.. but when i go to turn a corner.. i let off the gas to slow down .. make the corner and get back on the gas the motor rev's but it seems the transmission has to "catch up" then it sorta lunges when it does catch up.. and it will do it hot or cold doesent matter. and sometimes ive noticed it takes longer to shift then other times its fine. I have taken it to the toyota dealer close to my house and they drove it and was like "wow this trans is slipping bad" so they checked it and since they couldent find any shavings or debris in the trans oil and it looked normal and dident smell burnt.. they said there was nothing wrong with it .. and if i wanted them to drop the pan and check, it was gunna be outa my pocket.( i do have a warranty). they also told me about the throttle body being dirty.. so i cleaned the crap out of it but it really wasent dirty to start with.. but when i was finished you could eat off it.. and i re installed it.. unhooked the battery for 45 min then went and drove it.. and there wasent any difference.. so now im stuck.. and no one has an answer for me on what direction i need to go. i asked toyota that if it was my throttle body being the issue and it eventually tears my u joints out or hurts the transmission that they will fix in since thoes parts are under warranty..?? and they said yup just bring it and and we will fix it...  a new throttle body is in the $1000 range.. but im not for sure if thats my problem.. any help would be great.. Thank You.

Answer
The throttle body is not the problem, I don't see how they can say there is nothing wrong with it when the witnessed the slipping condition. It sounds to me the transmission is going out which is not unusual for this year Tundra, I don't know what type of warranty you have but you may want to try another dealer before the warranty runs out.
