Toyota Repair: 2004 A/C pressure readings, center vent, temp gauge

Question
What should the pressure readings be for my RAV4 for proper operation on a typical day temp of about 85 deg??

What would the temp readings be for those pressures??  My gauges are for R-12/R-22.

Those gauges won't work on your a/c system which is R-134, the fittings are different but to answer your question about the pressure readings: with the compressor running the low pressure should be about 30-44 psi, high pressure about 125-200psi depending on ambient temperature. The inside vent temperatures at the center vent should be around 37-45 degrees using a temp gauge designed to extend into the vent.
