Toyota Repair: Prius brake warning lights, brake fluid reservoir, brake warning light

Question
Car is Prius 2005 T3 45000 miles. All three yellow brake warning lights(VSC, ABS,Brake) and red brake warning light have come on.Handbook says don't drive. Dealer seems to be struggling.History as follows.2 years ago after service rear offside wheel started intermittent squeal. Dealer could never track it down to solve it. 2 weeks ago recall campaign for water pump carried out by dealer. 1 week ago rear tyres replaced and rear wheels moved to front.2 days ago problem with lights although car 'seems' to drive ok. No known accident history although rear fender replaced about a year ago due to minor scratching from slight coming together with another Prius! Impact was near side and very minor. Have owned the car for 4 years supposedly only done 2000 miles when I acquired it from same dealer.I think ex Toyota in some capacity.

Answer
Have they scanned the computers for any trouble codes, I have no idea what might be wrong without having some diagnostic codes to go by. Check the brake fluid reservoir and make sure it's full to the max mark, if it's ok I would need some trouble codes to help.
