Toyota Repair: Coolant going into oil, toyota camry, head gasket

Hi there, I was just wondering, i have a toyota camry CSI 1996 model and the coolant disappears into the oil and she is overheating.  Does that mean the head has gone or the head gasket ???
Also how much is it to replace or fix ??

The most likely cause would be the headgasket but it's hard to say until the head has been removed for inspection How much it would cost depends on who does the repair which can vary from one place/ location or shop to another but these kind of major repairs will be somewhat expensive, in USD about $800 if it's the gasket only.
