My sunroof will not open or close. I got cold one night and I accidently tried to open it. It made a popping noise and now will not open. The back side of the sunroof is sitting a little high and will not shut completly. What do I need to do to repair this?

It soundsl like something broke in the sunroof guide system, possibly on of the cables or an operating component, in any case the entire sunroof assembly should be removed for inspection and replacement of needed parts which requires removal of the headliner and then the sunroof assembly, not an easy task and I would recommend only a toyota dealer for this.
