Toyota Repair: alternator fuse, 2002 toyota camry, fuse box

I have a 2002 Toyota camry. Do I have to remove the entire fuse box to change the alternator fuse. The person that tried to replace the fuse pulled on it and broke the fuse off in the fuse box. The pieces that are bolted are left in there. What tools do I need to get the fuse out? Can I do this myself?

You have to unbolt the fuse box from the fender and remove some of the wiring connectors so the fuse box can be turned upside down, the bottom cover comes off, disconnect as many of the electrical connectors as possible until you can access the retaining bolts for the fuse.
