Toyota Repair: oil leake, high pressure washer, spilled oil

i had my oil change to day an all the oil leaked out after i drove to work.now they said it is the oil pan that is leaking is this common.

No and I don't believe that's the case, they may have left the drain plug loose or spilled oil and didn't clean it up or the oil filter leaked. Go to one of those coin car washes and use the high pressure washer and clean everything off then drive it and see if there is actually an oil leak.
