Toyota Repair: 2000 Avalon not starting, crank angle sensor, timing belt replacement

Question
Have 2000 model Series 10 Avalon 1MZ-FE V6 with no spark and no injector pulse. Replaced crank angle sensor. Did not fix. Toyota was telling me that there is pins to bridge to get a fault code. Which ones are these? No other faults with car before. Vehicle is overdue for a timing belt replacement. Could it have jumped a tooth? Vehicle had driven through flood water 2 days before but only around 6 inches deep. Any clue what could be wrong. Thanks

Answer
Locate the diagnostic check connector under the hood it has a cover on it that says Diagnostic, open it and look inside the cover for the terminal designations, put a jumper between the terminals TE1 and E1, turn the key on, the engine light will flash a two digit code, for example a code 21 would be two followed by on and so on, there may be more than one code so read them carefully.
