Toyota Repair: 1992 toyota celica 2.2l manual, power steering rack, power steering leaks

Question
I have a 92 celica that loses power steering fluid quickly and
starts to groan when it begins to leak and it also is leaking
oil from somewhere but i don't know where. Also from the oil
leaking my oil light is flashing at times while driving, bumps
turns certain RPMs it flashes what is wrong?

Answer
There are two common areas for power steering leaks, one is the pump and the other is the power steering rack seals, the pump can leak down on the power steering rack so make sure the pump is not leaking, if the rack seals are leaking on the ends where the rubber boots are then the steering rack has to be replaced.
First make sure the engine oil level is ok, a loss of oil pressure can be caused by a partially restricted oil pickup screen inside the oil pan.
