Toyota Repair: 2002 Camry fan, fan, blower

Question
I have a 2002 Camry. Recently the fan for the heat and AC has pretty much quit working. It blows very little on medium and a bit more on high, but not like it should. Is the switch or the fan out? Is this something that is pretty easy to fix/replace?

Answer
Check to see if something is blocking the inlet to the blower (e.g. cabin air filter plugged, etc.) If this is clear then check your dampers to see if they are operating properly (go from recirc to fresh and back, see if there is a difference noted in flow.  Your switch could be bad, but unlikely, since it is changing speeds.  Unplug the switch and perform a continuity check on each speed including OFF.
Fan replacement is your last option, try the preceding before doing this.

Hope this helps.
