Toyota Repair: fuse, 2002 toyota camry, blown fuse

Dear Ted,

My 2002 toyota camry LE has no power to the interior lights and the alarm/power locks are not working..
I bought the car used-without a owners manual....
Question 1.. Is it a blown fuse?
Question 2.. and if so, Which fuse is it?
Question 3.. can i get a diagram of the fuse box online?

I can email a fuse location diagram but I will need your email address, I can't do it here. If you'd rather not do that then look for the fuses on the inside of the cover on the left lower dash, the fuse locations are printed on the inside of the cover, look for the fuses marked " Dome, gauge, power,cig".
