Toyota Repair: code p1130 and p1150, radiator coolant, poor mileage

i have a code p1130 and p1150 on my v6 toyota solara. i replaced my pcv valve, thermostat and a leaky lower radiator hose recently. my car burns coolant quickly but has never overheat. it is burning gas extremely quickly however and running slluggish. i recently cleaned my throttle with fuel injector safe cleaner also. my maf sensor seems fine since i took it out, ran the car and put it back and the car went back to its original state. what could this be and could i test/clean/fix it? thanks.

If you are burning coolant then things aren't looking good for you.  This means that radiator coolant is getting somewhere where it never should be.  You could have headgasket and/or head problems.  Either one is not good.
Your car has poor mileage and sluggish performance because God never intended water to burn.  Do you have WHITE smoke coming out of you tailpipe?  The more smoke, the worse the problem.
